Payments are made by using one of the following methods:

If paying by Direct Bank Transfer, please quote Invoice/Order ID No. as a reference on the transfer.

Garments will be sent once payment has been received.

All our prices are in Australian Dollars.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Skirties prides itself on providing our customers with a quality product and a pleasant online shopping experience. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange the item or refund your money.

Please contact us at info@skirties.com.au regarding all Returns and Exchanges to enable us to process your request as quickly as possible.

Please note: Returns and Exchanges must be unworn, unwashed and have original labels and tags attached.
Garments must be returned within 21 days of order.
Original receipt/invoice must accompany all Returns and Exchanges.
Refunds will be made less the original postage paid.

Our cotton skirties range are sold as separates, allowing you the flexibility to mix and match colour, size and style.

Whilst skirties endeavour to reproduce the colours on our site as accurately as possible, there may be a slight variation depending on computer monitors and resolution.

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY

As a signature is required on delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the delivery. If not, a card will be left and the item will need to be collected from your local Post Office. Skirties endeavours to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but cannot be responsible for delays such as strikes and bad weather conditions.

Australian orders:
Delivered by Australia Post. Please allow up to 3 weeks approximately for delivery.
Postage Rate: AU$7.50

International orders:
Sent via Airmail. Please allow up to 4 weeks approximately for delivery.
Postage Rate: AU$15.00
Some countries may have overseas duties or charges. These are the responsibility of the customer.

100% combed cotton
Warm hand wash and rinse. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Drip dry in the shade. Warm iron only.
