When paying by direct deposit, please ensure Invoice/Order No. is included on the bank transfer.

If paying by cheque/money order or direct deposit, garments will be sent once payment has been received/cleared with bank.

PRICING

All pricing in Australian dollars and includes Goods & Services Tax (GST).

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY

Skirties offer the following postage rates:

• Australia: Flat rate of AU$10.00, delivered by Australia post (please allow between 3-7 days for delivery).
• New Zealand: Flat rate of AU$20.00, sent via Airmail (please allow between 7-10 days for delivery) – Select New Zealand from the dropdown menu on the “My Bag” page.
• International (excluding New Zealand): AU$35.00 up to 500 grams, sent via Airmail (please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery) – Select country from the dropdown menu on the “My Bag” page.

Some countries may have overseas duties or charges, these are the responsibility of the customer.

As a signature is required on delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the delivery. If not, a card will be left and the item will need to be collected from your local Post Office. Skirties endeavours to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but cannot be held responsible for delays such as strikes and bad weather conditions.

GIFT WRAPPING

Skirties offer a gift wrapping service for a small fee of AU$5.00 per order. To purchase gift wrapping, simply click the gift wrapping button then click the “Add to my bag” button and your order will arrive wrapped in tissue paper in a white gloss boutique carry bag, tied with Skirties signature ribbon with gift tag message …”A Special Gift For A Special Person”.

If you would prefer to send the order directly to the recipient of the gift, on the checkout page – simply put the recipient’s address as the delivery address for the order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Skirties prides itself on providing our customers with quality garments and a pleasant online shopping experience. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to offer a refund or exchange the garment.

To enable us to process your request as quickly as possible, please follow instructions below:

Please print and complete “Returns & Exchanges Form” for all Returns and Exchanges.
Garments must be unworn, unwashed and have original labels and tags intact.
Garment must be returned to Skirties within 14 days of order being placed.
Original receipt/invoice must accompany all Returns & Exchanges.
Postage fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are made using original method of payment.
Returns & Exchanges are not available on sale items.

If exchanging item for a different size only (Australia only), we will re-deliver to you free of postage fee.

If a garment has been delivered to you faulty in any way or not as ordered, we will gladly replace the garment free of re-delivery fee to you. If the replacement garment is not in stock, we will notify you and offer to refund the full amount paid (incl. original postage paid).

Please ensure item is returned to Skirties, PO Box 6121, Tweed Heads South NSW 2486 Australia, using a traceable mail service (i.e. registered or express post), as we cannot be held responsible for lost/undelivered items.

To obtain a refund

Please return item to be refunded together with completed form and original receipt to Skirties. Refunds will be paid using original payment method, less original postage fee paid.

To exchange a garment

Please return item to be exchanged together with completed form and original receipt to Skirties. To re-deliver an exchange item, a re-delivery fee of AU$10.00 (Australian customers), AU$20.00 (New Zealand customers) and AU$35.00 (International customers – excluding New Zealand) is payable. If the re-delivered item is more expensive than original item purchased, please include this difference with your postage fee payment.

Whilst Skirties endeavour to reproduce the colours on our site as accurately as possible, there may be a slight variation depending on computer monitors and resolution.

FABRIC CARE

To help keep your Skirties garment looking gorgeous, please use the following fabric care instructions.

95% COTTON/5% SPANDEX   -   Cold machine wash, do not bleach or tumble dry. Cool iron only, do not iron trims.

95% VISCOSE/5% SPANDEX   -   Cold hand wash, do not bleach or tumble dry. Cool iron only, do not iron trims.

100% COTTON   -   Cold machine wash, do not bleach or tumble dry. Warm iron only, do not iron trims.

LACE GARMENTS   -   Gentle hand wash, do not bleach, tumble dry or iron.
